Bob played with the Cowboys, making the All-Pro Team 7 times and playing in 11 Pro All-Star games. Upon his retirement in 1975, his name was inscribed above Texas Stadium, in the Ring of Honor. Bob was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1980, the College Football Hall of Fame in 1981, and was selected by the NFL to their 75th Anniversary All-Time team in 1994.
