With almost 1,200 attempts and 10,000 passing yards no question his helmets saw wear, but something tells me that most of the aging is due to being tucked away in the garage for 30 years.  Berry's first helmet with the Vikings in '65 was the classic RK. He then moved to Atlanta and then back to Minnesota for his final 3 years where he was issued this 1971 Riddell TK2.  Upon very close and careful examination, under the thin decal is the remnants of the painted horn.
