 Sun - Greg Mason
(Game Worn 1974)

5'11", 174 pounds CB San Diego State
Born in Washington, D.C., Mason was a football and track standout at Santa Clara High School after moving to Southern California. "Sly" continued to pursue both sports at San Diego State, playing for legendary coach Don Coryell. Mason received plenty of pro preparation in practice, defending against the passing of Aztec teammate and future Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Sipe. Mason played for the Sun only during the '74 season.
